Do you offer discounts for longer subscriptions?
Yes, we offer discounts for annual billing. All prices shown are for annual billing, with monthly billing available at a higher rate.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Your billing will be prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Invoices are sent and payable in advance for your subscription period.
What happens if I exceed my shipment limit?
No need to worry, your account will not be locked automatically and shipments will not stop immediately. We’ll notify you when you’re approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional shipments.
Do you offer custom plans for specific business needs?

Is there a setup fee?

Is my data safe with BKO?
Yes. We use data encryption at rest and in transit, maintain audit logs with 7-year retention (Enterprise plan), and comply with EU data protection regulations. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure AWS servers.
How can I contact customer support?
Basic and Standard plans have email support. Advanced plans include standard SLA support. Enterprise customers get a dedicated project manager and priority support line.
Do you offer a free trial?
We generally don’t offer a free trial due to the personalized setup work involved, including configuring your account, carriers, price lists, and providing training. However, we’re happy to provide a sandbox account for testing if you’d like to explore the platform. Just contact us and we’ll figure something out together!
